What is your return policy?

OUR PERFECT PRINT GUARANTEE

If your art print arrives damaged, bent, or with any printing defects, email us a photo within 14 days and we will ship a brand new replacement completely free of charge.

Changed your mind? We accept returns on undamaged print within 30 days - simply mail it back to us for a full product refund. (Customer covers return shipping).
When will I get my order?

5-8 business days is what to expect for standard orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more info.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location. $8 flat rate for orders within Canada. $6 USD flat rate for orders within the US. Don't worry, you'll always see the shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

Framing Your Print

Do I need to frame my print?

Up to you! A classic, unframed poster never goes out of style. But many of our customers choose to frame their prints to give them a more polished look.

Do you offer framing?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer framing. However, this might be something we get into in the future so stay tuned!
Where can I get my print framed?

You can likely find some great custom framing shops near where you live but their pricing is typically higher.

If you want something easier I recommend looking at IKEA, Walmart, Staples, Michaels, etc. They all supply a variety of great looking frames for less.

Custom Print Orders

Can I order any course for my Layouts print?

Essentially, yes. We use the latest satellite imagery to locate and map it. All we need from you is the location so we know where to find it!

Can I get any hole in the world recreated as an Icons print?

Typically, all we need is a high resolution picture of the hole you want. However, there are some limitations. If you aren't sure if what you want is doable, get in contact with us and we'll work with you to get it done.
Are custom prints returnable?

If we’ve already started the design work but haven't hit print yet, we can only do a partial refund. We'll keep the $75 customization fee to cover the design time, and send the rest back to you.
Do I own the digital design artwork after my order is completed?

Backspin Prints keeps the copyrights, intellectual property, and design files after the order is completed. You get the art, we keep the recipe.
How long does it take to get a custom print made?

We jump on custom orders right away. It takes about a week of clicking and dragging to get it perfect, so bear with us. We aren't fans of waiting either, so we’ll do our best to get it out the door quickly.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our poster paper is sourced from Japan and printing occurs both locally and globally (depending on your order location). Doing it this way allows for quicker order processing and shorter shipping times.
